Strong teamwork is the key to driving an NPO to achieve its mission. The survey, aiming to understand the current situation and challenges faced by NPO and hope to provide valuable insights and develop suitable empowering resources based on the insights, helping NPO create more cohesive and outstanding teams.

Due to the issue of mental health among youth is increasing and the lack of resources, especially for those in vulnerable environments, our research aim to help sponsors recognize the value of NPOs and understand the resource gap in nurturing vulnerable youth's resilience.

Collaborating with NPOst, we initiated Taiwan's first survey on innovation in NPOs. It includes the definition of innovation by NPOs and their innovative practices. The result shows that the majority of NPOs have a high momentum for innovation and are willing to make efforts to implement innovation.

Our first analysis of social services by summarizing the insights gained from many years of NPO service in the field, the designed solutions, and the limitations faced by organizations, to assist sponsors in "methodically understanding charity services.

With support from the Ming Yi, executed by Right Plus and Association of Philanthropy Accountability, the research examines the current situation of nonprofit organizations in Taiwan and the perspectives of sponsors, aiming to promote collaboration between the charity and corporate sectors.
