Social Innovation
Ming Yi deeply concerns the needs of NPOs in terms of resources and talent cultivation, while also paying attention to the development of social issues. Through close collaboration with NPOs and research conducted by our research department, we have come to understand the complexity of social issues, identify various gaps and opportunities, prompting us to contemplate whether there are opportunities for intervention.
In response to these unresolved social issues, we uphold an entrepreneurial spirit and aspire to leverage the power of technology to develop innovative service solutions that are replicable and scalable, thus expanding our social impact.

Approach
Our project operations go through three main stages, from issue research, service design, to verification iteration. Throughout the entire process, we fully integrate the application of technological tools to enhance team efficiency.
01
Issue Research Stage:We delve deep into exploring social issues, utilizing qualitative and quantitative research methods such as desktop research, interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand various perspectives and the current status of the issues.
02
Service Design Stage:Using various design thinking tools such as user journey maps, empathy maps, value proposition canvases, etc., we collect and listen to user needs, focus on key insights, and design service solutions that meet their needs.
03
Verification Iteration Stage:After planning the service solutions, we proceed with prototyping, hypothesis establishment, and experimentation, emphasizing feedback collection and data gathering. We gradually verify its value and impact on users on a small scale and maintain an open iterative spirit to continuously optimize the service.
